Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality organic products. However, if you are not satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours with proof (image/video).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or opened oils (due to hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged by customer misuse

Refund Process:

• Once approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
